European Gastric Cancer Congress (EGCA)
The European Gastric Cancer Association (EGCA) was officially founded during the board meeting of the International Gastric Cancer Association (IGCA) in Beijing 2017 as a European chapter of IGCA. Its precursor, the European Union Network of Excellence, organised her meetings since 2006 biannually in Edinburgh, Rome, Madrid, Cologne, Liverpool and Lisbon. We would be very happy to welcome you in 2018 in Leiden. We have prepared a multidisciplinary program that covered all the aspects of the management of gastric cancer. A faculty of international renewed speakers will address topics like diagnostic modalities, minimal invasive surgery, multimodality treatment, pathology, targeted & immune therapy and quality of care. Furthermore the latest results of some large trials and the EURECCA project will be presented. Abstracts will be accepted for poster presentations.
